Can't hear audio when editing in Adobe Express

Can someone please help me understand why, this week,  I can't hear any audio during editing, after uploading a (any) video to Adobe Express? The audio doesn't show in the timeline under the video. I also can't hear any audio that is added straight from Express. I can however hear the audio track after downloading the "completed" Reel. 


Sound is on and up. I can hear youtube audio for example. Nothing muted. Chrome. Browsing Data cleared/reset recently. 

 

Why do I pay for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I figured it out! For me, it was an issue of whenever I tried to play music, the music would "play," but no sound would be generated. I finally realized that there was a muted microphone icon that would pop up on the tab I had Adobe Express open in as shown below. When I click on it, the music then unmutes and it works! No idea how or why this happened but in short: play so music, look at the tab, and click on the muted microphone icon to fix it. I hope this helps!

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Do you get any error messages? If possible can you share the screen recording of the issue? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Also, did you check in another browser or in incognito mode?

Hi I didn't get any error messges. I mentioned having this issue THIS WEEK. I also mentioned Chrome in my message. I tried other browsers. I have attached a screenrecording showing an uploaded video with an empty audio timeline. The video plays fine in 10 other places.  Are we just killing time here?  Any suggestions?  n.

I am having the same issue. I add audio to an Adobe Express video and the video won't play. Also, I cannot hear any of the audio previews on Adobe Express. My audio levels are turned up on both my computer and Adobe Express. I can hear a YouTube video playing, I just can't hear anything out of Adobe Express.
