Can't hear audio when editing in Adobe Express

I am having the same issue a year later. And now it’s crashing the whole website. I can’t even make one edit (such as changing the font color) without the whole site freezing and I have to exit and login again each time. No error message and it won’t even load in a Chrome browser (currently using Microsoft Edge). So ridiculous and frustrating.

Hi @Meghyn! Checking in to see if the issue has been resolved. Are you able to hear the audio in Adobe Express now?

If the problem is only with Adobe provided audio, and the entire page freezes without any error messages, it could indicate an issue with how Adobe Express is loading and rendering its audio assets in your browser.

Please let us know if you're still experiencing this behavior, and if so, share a screen recording so we can continue investigating.

Hi there! No, the problem has not been resolved. I am still not able to hear the audio and it is still freezing my screen. I am not sure how to do a screen recording so I will do that on another day (this is not something I have ever had to do before, but I am sure I can google it).

Hi @Meghyn, does it work fine in Edge, or does it lag there too?

Have you tried working in private/incognito browsing mode? Also, can you confirm if there’s any active firewall or if your device is on VPN?

Yes, my office does have a very secure network/VPN. I couldn’t get the URL to even work in Chrome. It doesn’t work in Edge (that’s where I’m having the current issue). I’d just like to hear the music from Adobe before I put it into a video/reel/etc.
