Can't open videos anymore in Adobe Express

I can't open video-projects in Adobe Express anymore. All I get is a "Bad Connection"-Error.

E_FETCH_COMPOSITION

Status: 500

I also tried to create a new video - the new video gives me the same error.

I tried clearing cache, using incognito window, different browsers and three different devices.

Last two days I could work on the video without any problems.

If you're encountering a "Bad Connection" error when trying to open or create video projects in Adobe Express, and you've already tried various troubleshooting steps, there might be an issue with Adobe's servers or services. Here are a few additional suggestions to try:

  1. Check Adobe Express status: Visit Adobe's website or their social media accounts to see if there are any reported issues with Adobe Express. It's possible that they are experiencing technical difficulties that are causing the error you're encountering.

  2. Update Adobe Express: Ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Express installed on your device. App updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements that could resolve the issue.

  3. Contact Adobe Support: If the problem persists, it's recommended to reach out to Adobe's customer support. They will have more specific information and can assist you in troubleshooting the issue further.

To contact Adobe Support, visit Adobe's official website and navigate to the support section. Look for the appropriate contact option, such as live chat or phone support, and describe the problem you're experiencing. Provide them with the specific error message you received (E_FETCH_COMPOSITION, Status: 500) for a more accurate diagnosis.

It probably really was just a temporary problem with an Adobe server - today it ust went back to working as usual.
