Can't save as a template

Question

I'm trying to save a suite of templates for my team to use. I've saved two successfully, but the third refuses to save as a template. I get no sort sort of error number, just 'there was an issue saving template'. Exact same format and items as previous templates, but a different backing image under a different name.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're having trouble saving your template.

I haven't been able to replicate this issue. Would you mind logging off, clearing your cache and cookies and retesting?

If this doesn't resolve your issue, kindly test it in incognito mode or from a different browser. Another option is to check if any updates are available for your browser.
