Hi Gates,

 

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I was curious if the issue was strictly for Creative Cloud Express or is impacting other Adobe sites too. Please try signing in here and let me know if you get the same result https://account.adobe.com/ Also, it might be worth testing a couple different browsers and from a different device too to see if the issue occurs there as well.
