Can't upload media?

1. Try a different browser – sometimes Chrome, Edge, or Safari handles uploads differently.

2. Check your file type and size – Adobe Express supports JPG, PNG, GIF, and generally files under ~100 MB work best.

3. Clear your browser cache – cached data can occasionally cause upload errors.

4. Use the upload button instead of drag & drop – this can bypass some temporary glitches.

5. Restart your computer – simple, but it can resolve temporary issues.
