Can't upload photo from my photos when creating Instagram square post

  • When I start a new Instagram post I the option to upload from my photos is not in the pop up when I tap add from my device

Thanks for trying both of those things Doug. To help us understand better understand, what type of device/version of it's OS are you using? Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the "Add from my device option" for reference?
