Cancelling- charged in error
Hi,
I tried an Abobe Express free trial because this was the only way I could get an asset to download for use on my social channels (I was directed to use a template on Adobe Express created by the Digital Women Awards, I know you have a partnership with them and I am one of their award finalists) but when doing so, I entered an old email. I wasn't aware my trial period had ended and changed to a subscription as I wasn't getting the emails. I've now been charged for March and April. I have since cancelled but I would like to be refunded for March and April.
