Cannot Access Video

Question

I worked on a project starting 8/15 and can no longer access it on 8/16. I kept receiving an alert that changes were made on 8/6, so was not aware that by 8/15, I'd no longer be able to edit my video. It says the video is downloading, but this is not the case.

Did the download work for you eventually? Video editing features changed with the new version so projects created in the former version can no longer be edited on the desktop. Video editing has many new features and options in the latest verison. https://helpx.adobe.com/express/using/create-video.html
