Cannot create files; for three weeks keep getting msg: "Something went wrong - please wait, we'll connect you when it's fixed"
Cannot create files; for three weeks keep getting msg: "Something went wrong - please wait, we'll connect you when it's fixed." Further, there is a message at the bottom that says, “You’re currently offline, so you may not see the latest changes” - even though I am definitely online and connected to the internet. I wait, and nothing changes, the message remains until I close out. Please help!
