Question

Cannot Download all "pages" or "scenes" of my project as one MP4 video

I've tried to Download all the parts of my project together as one MP4 video, but when I choose "Select All Pages", it only selects the FIRST and LAST page out of the 16 total pages. I have tried to fix this using Chrome, Firefox and Safari, as well as Incognito mode.

Another part to this question: In Adobe Express, what is a "page" and what is a "scene"? They seem to be the same thing.

Either way, I used photos, text, a background and animation to create 16 different "scenes" ("pages"?) using layers, but Adobe Express won't Download or Export them all together. I have seen references to "merge all scenes", but I've never seen a button or command to do that. This is a VERY VERY confusing app!

Please help! I've been working on this and other projects for my new business in Adobe Express because iMovie is no longer supported on my laptop.

I've been having the same problem but  as a PDF file.

I can't download all my document scenes as a single pdf file. And even if I tried to this individually, it keeps downloading the same scene.

This started happening when you updated the platform and moved the controls to move between pages to the bottom, that created a total mess and added unnecesary clicks to a flow that was already lacking UX.

Please can somebody fix that

Hi @visualvandal-dsgn,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It sounds like the recent update might have caused some issues with downloading your document scenes as a single PDF.

To address the issue:

  • Check page selection: Ensure that you're correctly selecting all pages/scenes before exporting. Sometimes, a page may not be properly selected, leading to the same scene being downloaded.

  • Try clearing cache: If you're experiencing issues, clearing your browser cache might help resolve any temporary glitches related to the update.

  • Export method: Try exporting smaller sections of your document individually to identify whether the issue persists with certain scenes.

If the problem continues, Let me know.

Best regards,

Totally agree. This used to be so easy and they've made things very complicated!

Hi @Shane35230641eqfy

Looking at the screenshot you shared it looked like the design or file you're working has two pages (shown at the top under the download button). The video you're working on has 16 different scenes. Think of pages as separate designs which can be either images or videos. If you downloaded the file in the screenshot you should get one video which changes between the different scenes at the duration or length shown, in this case one video with 14 2 second clips and then a 4 and 10 second clip on the end.

Hope that helps,
Dave
