Cannot download file in Adobe Express due to Licensing issue but won't tell me which asset

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Sorry for the incovenience. Based on the logs associated with your account, the licensing issue relates to an asset that looks like

It had been removed from the Stock library due to licensing issues. You will have to replace or delete it, in order to be able to download.

I deleted that asset but I am still getting a "Download failed" window that pops up... I appreciate the support person who helped but the problem has not been solved. This seems like a bigger issue with Adobe as a whole. Adobe is way overpriced and we get the bare minimum for support... Do better, ADOBE!!! I worked on this project for months and I can't even download it.
