Cannot get Template to Create

I am trying to make a graphic into a template for others within my district to use, but even after trying multiple times, I cannot find my template or link anywhere. I get the message that "Your template is being created in the background," and have waited over 2 hours with no luck. Any ideas?

I have looked in My Library and the only brand I tried to save it to, but no luck.

Thanks for reaching out @default31712948lnqsuw. Your templates are saved into the Library or Brand you choose in the template creation dialog. Can you confirm that's where you're looking for it? If you're not seeing it there, please send me a direct message with the Brand or Library and file information (names, screenshot).
