Cannot link Instagram account

Question

I'm trying to link my Instagram account but it just takes me to Facebook instead... then I try to connect my Instagram to my Facebook account and it takes me to this other page suggesting that I "Create an ad"

This seems awfully long-winded, do I really need to create an advert, then link my IG to my FB account, all just so that I can connect IG to Adobe Express?
