Cannot locate old express files

I have tried accessing on Google Chrome (my primary browser) and Safari - not luck still getting redirected

Can you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try to check in incognito mode. Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Can you please share the link that you're using to open Adobe Express on your browser with us? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Please share the screenshot of the full screen when you're opening the Adobe Express.

Hi Taurn!

The projects do not appear on either link.  I could previously access them from express.adobe.com, but there are now built in redirects that send you to NEW.express.adobe.com that i cannot get around.  Further, the instructions on pulling in old files usually require a link provided on the "Your stuff" page, in blue, does not appear whatsoever on my account to even attempt bringing the files into the new version.   All I see is this:

And when you click "Old shared folders", all that happens is this:
