Cannot open files; no brand access

Hello - I am consistently getting errors when I attempt to open any past work since the new desktop version was launched, therefore I cannot access any of my existing files. My Brands have been erased as well. Can you provide any help here???

We're sorry for your experience with the new Express version. Are you still experiencing the issue? Have you moved all of your files from the old version of Adobe Express to the new Adobe Express? Are you getting any error messages? If yes, could you please share the screenshot of the error message you see on your screen?
