Cannot "publish" or "download" a video created in Creative Cloud Express

In the last week or so, I have not been able to "publish" or "download" a video in CC Express.  What changed?  It is very frustrating.  I have tried it from several browsers.  The result is consistent.  It errors out. Any solution?

Hi Aly,

 

Sorry for the trouble. Please do not worry as you are in safe hands now. You mentioned that you had tried different browsers, though they got no positive results. Did you try a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari)? If not, try once. By trying this step, at least we can check if that works in private mode or not and proceed further accordingly. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error to understand the issue better?

I have the same problem. I use Chrome only
