cant download a completed project

im using adobe express app on a windows 11 laptop

after designing a project - i hit the download button - and nothing 

the words "file type" and "start download" are there - but nothing else

there used to be an option for jpg or png - but now i cant find them - please help

Hi Mark, 

 

Sorry for the trouble. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of the app and then signing back in. If not, try a different system. Try a different device. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.

if i sign in on a incognito browser on edge - i can download project- -but the app still wont download finished projects

ive cleared cache - ive uhninstalled the app and re installed  - still no luck
