Cant open original file

Question

Since the update I can't open or edit or convert my document that I am halfway through completing. Please help.

Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express.

We've been working on improving the app experience and have come up with updates that might help you with these issues.
