Cant share a project

Question

Hi I invited an account with a free adobe express subscription to work on my project (with a paid subscription) - but when that person tries to open the project via the link sent by mail there appears an error (404). Is that because that person has a free account or what could be the reason?

Was the process in this article how you invited them? https://adobe.ly/42XhfctTypically with this process, they are sent an invitation and after accepting they can access the file in the shared sectionhttps://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files/shared If your workflow was different, could you try this way and see if they are able to get access?Best,Dave
