Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'd like to inform you that currently, we only support Creative Cloud Express installation via the Google Play Store, iOS App Store and the Samsung Galaxy Store. Unfortunately, we don't officially support HarmonyOS devices or sideloaded APKs.

However, you can always use the Creative Cloud Express web app from any browser on a computer.

You can find more details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/express/system-requirements.html

Feel free to reach us; we are here to assist.
