CC in Adobe Express

After creating my video project in Adobe Express from scratch, I wanted to caption it. 

I found this unnecessarily difficult. 

It’s very easy to find the option to caption a video as the first quick action, and upload your video that way, but I could not for the life of me find it once inside the editor.

I felt it should’ve been on the left under the edits feature, next to translate, animate and resize.

I finally found it next to the option for cutting video clips but wow. I got pretty frustrated on the way there.
