Client can not comment on link when sharing an open link?

Hey, We are sharing an open link to a client and some of the people can comment but others not, how can we help this client to make sure she can comment? Thanks

Hey MM,

Client is logging in as guest and say that did everything on the list but can still not comment. I even sent them screenshots to explain but they are still saying it doesnt work. Any ideas? Maybe I need to contact someone else at Express.

If some users can comment on the shared open link while others cannot, it may be due to the browser, device settings, or login status. Here's how the client can ensure commenting works:

Use a supported browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari – latest version recommended).
Make sure the client is signed in with an Adobe ID. Some commenting features may require a login even on open links.
Try opening the link in incognito/private mode to rule out extensions or cache issues.
Clear browser cache and cookies if the issue persists.
Disable browser extensions that may interfere (like ad blockers or script blockers).
