Client is having trouble uploading / installing a custom font into Adobe Express

I was able to install the font but my client is not able to. The error they are receiving is attached as a screenshot. Both of us are using PCs, not Macs. The font is a custom one, external from Adobe. It works for me so I cannot replicate this error message. Anyone else familiar with this error? Please advise. Thanks.
