Client unable to edit text of posts

Hi i own a digital agency, there are 2 people in my company that work for the client, we both can edit the posts that are scheduled, change time of publishing and especially we can edit the text that is being published with it. 

 

My client however is invited to the calendar with the permission "To-Edit" is still unable to edit it, does anyone have clients edit their posts? can I do something about it?

To help us look into this further, could you please confirm whether your clients have Adobe Express premium accounts? Creating and editing posts in a shared calendar requires a premium subscription.
