Clip Maker- Unable to process or show status

Hi,

 

I am unable to use Adobe Express Clip Maker. Has anyone else had this issue and possibly have a solution. The file i am uploading is 961MB. It analyse the video and when i gets to 5% it stops and give me the following message:

Hi Tarun,

Thank you for your reply. I tried Clip Maker again this morning and it worked fine. There was a major outage last night affecting multiple platforms - i think that was the issue.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Hi Tarun,
