Cloud Storage Problems again

Howdy guys,

Just a quick update to let you know that I still can't get into my Cloud Storage after umpteen times trying to find, locate and get to it but for some reason every time I go on my Adobe page/account it won't let me get access to it even though I still have over 600+KB amount of stuff inside it.

Also what was weird when I saved a picture via Adobe Express and then saw it in my account the amount of cloud storage changed to a tiny amount but when I permantely deleted my image my cloud storage capacity went back to the original 600+KB from before and it is still like this now.

**So to any members of the Adobe staff reading this I like to say that I am trying very hard to get into my cloud storage to sort the stuff out but it's not letting me get access to it.

I have been on this site as a member for only a few weeks or so but this cloud stuff and the 2 Inappropiate Warnings I got for accidentally keeping but then discarding straight away 2 harmless pictures is not doing my health any good at all.

It's so frustrating that I feel like cancelling my account here and now before I make myself more ill.

But anyway after that disastrous night I had on here when I received those 2 Inappropiate Warning flags almost 2 weeks ago which I believed then and today that those were an error and a mistake after I made a genuine mistake and didn't do anything deliberately to disrespect the Adobe name or the business.

In other words I made a genuine human error then but at least now I won't make that same error again.

Hi @Vivacious_loyalty6784,

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Sorry for the frustration. To speed things up, could you please share a bit more detail?

  1. Are you signed in with the same Adobe ID everywhere (web, Creative Cloud desktop, and Express)?
  2. Which platform/browser are you using to check storage (Windows/macOS + Chrome/Edge/Safari, including version)?
  3. In the Creative Cloud desktop app, under the cloud icon, do you see the same usage? A screenshot of that view would help.
  4. Have you recently deleted any assets?

Also, please check the locations mentioned here- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/work-with-cloud-documents/manage-cloud-storage/track-cloud-storage.html to see if you have files stored there.

Hi Tarun,

Well first of all every site I log into(Creative Cloud App, Adobe Express app, adobe assets, etc) I have always used my e-mail and my new password to log in.

Second I am using Windows and Chrome to use Adobe etc.

As for the Creative Cloud desktop app I see the same thing under the cloud at the top right hand corner which says 655.4KB of 5GB used and yet in the top right hand corner of that box it says 0% and underneath the 0% it says Upgrade which could mean it wants me to spend money to maybe get access to the cloud but I don't know.

Oh and apparently it also says my "Libraries syncing is up to date".

Apart from that Tarun everything else on the screen is totally empty and yet it will still give me no access to my cloud files. Sometimes I think the computer or whatever is laughing at me and won't give me the files.

As for the assets website on my account there is absolutely nothing on it apart from the usual cloud storage box at the bottom left hand corner showing me how much I have stored away and yet can't get access to it.

So Tarun that's the problems I am having at the moment to try and get access to my Cloud Storage and at least I can't say that I haven't tried. In other words the computer is been a bit awkward I reckon.

To be fair Tarun sometimes I feel like just signing out of my account altogether for good and not using it again because of all the stress and frustration I have had on the apps etc for the last 2 weeks and on top of that it's making me seriously ill at the moment. What I don't want is too see another Inappropiate Warning flag again for the third time but hopefully after those two previous accidental mistakes I made on Express 2 weeks ago i'm confident there won't be a third.

I can definitely guarantee that.

By the way if I can get access to the cloud storage one day I would rather just delete everything and start again from scratch in the future.

Regards
