Colleagues unable to edit text in templates

Hello! I have created my brand in Adobe Express and uploaded our brand fonts. I have shared the brand and templates using this brand with colleagues. However, they are unable to edit the copy. They can move elements around, but the copy is not editable. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this issue. Please double-check whether the edit access is shared with your colleagues. Is this happening just with one project or many? Try duplicating the project, share it with your colleagues and try again.

 

Also, can you ask them to on another browser to check if that helps?

Hi Tarun

They have edit access to the templates share with them - however the text has a crossed out pen icon on the text boxes.

It seems that the font is the issue, as it is a licenced font I have uploaded. I uploaded our font to the brand area, which I have also shared with colleagues (with edit access). Do they have to manually upload the fonts, too?
