Connecting Express to Instagram

I've read through olders posts on this and do not understand a lot of it so I'm starting again. I'm a new Express user and am trying to create an Instagram carousel. I think I got it all ready - a title page and 5 5-second video pages.

I've been trying for several hours to connect Instagram to Express. After I click Connect with Facebook, I get a message saying I do not have an Instagram Business account to connect. Except that I do!!

I have been a Facebook user for many years. I watched the video I found in another thread that showed how to connect, and when I get to the part that says Pages, Facebook says I do not have any pages. The video is https://youtu.be/m5C-a6DnHpw?si=SJhC6qGSU2RlcvDn.

So, several questions:

1) Even though I have a Facebook account, do I need another Page of some sort for Instragram to see? (I really do not want more than one Facebook page!)

2) There was a point, and I cannot remember at all where it was, where my Facebook account and my Instagram account were actually listed under Facebook accounts. But is was not where https://youtu.be/m5C-a6DnHpw?si=SJhC6qGSU2RlcvDn said it was.

3) My Instagram and Facebook accounts have different emails. Would that be a problem?

4) I came across something called Meta Business Suite in one of the threads. When I click on that, it wants me to create a page. As I said, I thought I had a page!

For something called Express, it does not really feel very Express-like! I'm not looking to grow any huge following or anything. I just wanted to post something I've done. It has taken me more than twice as long to try to figure this out as it did to learn how to create the videos! Any ideas on how to make this work/make this easier would be appreciated. I'm just about ready to never use Express again!
