Connection establishing Issue with Instagram Business account

I do have a IG and FB business accounts. However, I am not able to conncet only to IG business profile, while I can connect no problem as personal user. I only see this screen. Any Idea what causing it?

Hi @roppongi000,

 

I want to notify you that the Instagram 'Creator or Personal Profile' gets linked directly to the content scheduler. However, the user needs to connect an Instagram Business account through a Facebook account, which includes the Instagram and Facebook page; this is a Facebook/Instagram requirement.

no, that's not the problem. Our accounts are working in the business along the pages. This is an issue specifically with instagram authentication in Adobe Express. Please resolve this for subscribers
