Constant saving issues, even after clearing cache and changing browsers!

These are the errors I keep getting - for the past 2 hours!

It's weird because I've never had this issue before - and I really need to use adobe express now.

So it's very frustrating that this is happening! CAN ANYONE PLEASEEEE HELP!?
