I'm trying to schedule out content for my Instagram as I have in the past, but I get an error that says my images must be in the old 1080x1080 format?

Hi

@default28vz1l9m6ufr

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please share a screen recording of the issue you're seeing?  Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Regards,

Tarun

Hey, He is indeed correct. I've recently wanted to switch over to the Adobe scheduler and noticed it will only let me post 1:1 ratio. Instagram actually allows native image size now and this is very limiting. I deal with photography and don't want to crop.

Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

Hey @funny_focus, thanks for reaching out, and welcome to our Adobe Express community!

Please go through the media specifications for the social platforms for scheduling here: https://adobe.ly/4lmAK4Y. Then, try again from incognito/private browsing mode and share your observations.

Best,
