Hello, When trying to convert a png to an svg using the quick tool it won't let me download it. And it errors out.

Does this happen with all PNG files or only a specific file?
Seems to happen with any file
What browser and device are you using?
Using Microsoft Edge on an HP Envy
Approximately how large is the PNG file?
Iv’e tried files as small as 300kb and it doesn’t seem to matter.
Are you able to share the PNG file with me via DM that triggers the error?
I can share the file yes
Have you tried the conversion in a different browser or an incognito/private window?
This still errors out. Illustrator will convert it but that’s not enough to justify purchasing it.

Try restarting the app or device and see if that helps.

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind sharing the screen-shot of the error message you're seeing on your screen? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?
