Converting business card image size

I want to convert my business card size to that for a 1/8 page magazine advertising layout (3-13/16" W x 2-3/16" H). How do I do this? Thank you.

Here's how you can make a duplicate of your business card and resize the duplicate:

  1. In Projects (https://express.adobe.com/sp/projects), hover over your business card.
  2. Click the 3 dots and select Duplicate.
  3. Click on the new copy of the project to edit it.
  4. When it opens, go to the right side of the screen, click Resize, and enter the new dimensions.

When I do this, the result is a blank white box??
