Converting downgrades quality.

Question

So after I convert a projusct, with orginally 6000x6000.Now it downgrades it to 1200x1200.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear your images are being downgraded after converting. I haven't been able to recreate this issue. I have tested 6000 x 6000px PNG and converted it to JNG. The download remained 6000x6000px. Our engineering team has recently fixed some reported bugs and may have included this. Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing this issue?

If yes, would you mind sharing more details on the original file type and to which one you converted this? It would also help to include the original file for us to test.
