Converting from Contentcal to Adobe Express Scheduler

We are just evaluating Adobe Express Scheduler before Contentcal is retired.

I have found two things that seem to be missing and I wonder if they have been moved and I can't find them...

I cannot see how to set Default posting times (In Contentcal this is in Setup)

I cannot see how to define link shortening (In Contentcal this is in Setup)

Am I missing something?
