Question

converting large number of .avi files to mp4 ???

.avi files are not good in Adobe Bridge.  I've converted a couple to mp4 files and then moved them into the correct files using  Adobe Express.  It is a terribley convoluted and slow process.

They are being converted from .avi to mp4 and getting saved into downloads which I then drag to folders in Bridge.

Is there a work around to making the process quicker?  and a way to convert a large number of files at once?

@Kirsten35837203qgz0, Thank you for your patience.

I'm sorry you're having trouble.

I just spotted your post and wanted to know if you still require help, as it's been a while since you posted this.

Adobe Express currently does not support batch converting .avi files to mp4; however, it may in the future. Want to see this feature happen sooner? Submit your Feature Idea "HERE". We're listening, and Depending on the votes, it'll be featured.

A workaround, I'd say, is to change your browser download settings to "Ask where to save each file before downloading". This would give you more options for choosing the suitable file location before downloading.

I hope this helps.

I have done several converting from avi to MP4 in the past and for some reason now it just spins in the que after download and doesn't finish. I have closed the file and retried a few different recordings and keep getting the same thing. Can you advise what is going on??
