Copyright, edit outside of app?

Hi, due to some creative limitations, are we allowed to export and continue editing Adobe express content outside of the app? Or does it all have to be edited in the app and directly uploaded after?

 

Example: edit video, export, add audio and more videos to the video in a different app?

If you wish to edit content in CC apps, you can save your content to a library.
