Question

Couldn't load audio to animation service.

When I try to open and create an animation from an audio it never opens. Just a white, blank, rounded screen and nothing loads. I have used audio to animation couple days ago and it worked completly fine! I'm even a premium member but thinking if I should continue the subscription. I saw that other users have had the same problem. I tried loging out & in, another browser - Opera GX and Edge, disabling extensions. Please help me fix it!

Are you still having issues with the Animate Characters feature in Adobe Express? Is it working fine for you now? Have you tried using private or incognito mode to see if that makes a difference?

Yes I tried incognito mode but it doesn't make a difference

Thanks for the information.

Could you please confirm whether you’re using a VPN or firewall, or if there were any recent changes to your browser (such as new extensions or plugins)? If so, try disabling them temporarily, as these can interfere with Adobe services.

If possible, please also try switching to a different internet connection to rule out any network-related issues.
