Question

‘Couldn’t Load Projects’ appears when I try to access my projects page.

For about three days now, ‘Couldn’t Load Projects, please try again’ appears when I go try to access my projects page. I’ve signed out and in. Tried different browsers, different devices. Same result. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Thanks for your reply Rose! I’m on an enterprise account (university staff access). This is what it looks like when I try to go to the projects page, everything else works perfectly fine.

I’ll reach out to chat support,

    Ky

    Hi Ky @JunoCloud!

Thanks for the screenshot and the extra detail - really helpful to know you're on a university enterprise account and that everything else works fine. I've flagged this with our EDU team to take a closer look, as it may be something on the org or account level.

Glad you're reaching out to Chat Support too - since they can access your account directly, that's likely the fastest path to getting it resolved. Let us know how you get on!

    Hi @JunoCloud!

Thank you for the follow-up and for that extra detail - the fact that your projects are still accessible via direct links but the projects page itself won't load is really useful context.

Since you've already tried multiple browsers and devices, this points to something account or backend-related rather than a local issue. I'd recommend reaching out to our Chat Support team directly at https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html (click the three dots menu) - they can look into your specific account and investigate why the projects page isn't loading for you.

Could you also share what Adobe plan you're on (free, premium, team, enterprise)? That may help narrow things down.

    Rose

This is still occurring, any ideas on how to ‘unbreak’ this glitch? My projects are still there, as the ones that I have a direct link to I can still access (e.g., if I have a direct bookmark, or I have set up a brand for it, then I can use the breadcrumbs to go back to the parent folder), but I can’t access the page, or the other projects on it.
