Crashed and deleted my project

Hello! 
Im about to cry! Need your help! 
I was working on Adobe Express and the app crashed and deleted 5 hours of progress...how can I recover the deleted work??

    Hi @Valentina,

     

    This sounds frustrating.

    Projects in Adobe Express get saved simultaneously as being worked on. Only a stable internet connection is required.

    If the work were synced, it would appear under the Projects tab. Try signing out and back in. You can also try logging in to the mobile app and check if it shows there.

    The same thing happened to me and when I try to log in with the app it just says error and kicks me.
