Create vector graphic with transparent background

Does someone know if it possible to create a text to vector graphic with a transparent background in adobe express? I have an image of a street with a sewer and I want to add some dead leaves on top of the sewer.

Hey @KarineMorris7 

There are a lot of vector images that you can choose from within the Elements Planel. You click on Elements and press the arrow key unitl you find icons or simply type in "leaves".
