Creative cloud express Crashing and hanging

Hi, something seems to have changed with Creative Express. I have been using it multiple times a week since January to create marketing posts—but for the last two weeks the program hangs, or quits, and doesn’t save ANY of my changes. I work for 30 minutes, carefully placing and cropping photos and when the program quits, I reopen and everything is gone!!

Does anyone know if this if this is being addressed? I am on a 4th generation ipad, running 15.4.1 With half my storage capacity still available. I create FB posts and pdfs with multiple frames and pics. Thanks in advance for any suggestions you can offer. I am working as an unpaid volunteer for a Non-profit and Creative Express is the only reason I can afford the time to continue.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about your difficulties, and thanks for the additional info. Would you mind telling us the Creative Cloud Express App version you're using? Are you getting any error messages? Have you tried signing out and back in from the Creative Cloud Express App or restarting the device to check if that makes any difference? We are here to help just need some more info

 

Please ensure you're using the updated version of the creative cloud Express app.

Yes, I have tried the suggestions, including a hard reset and clearing the cache. 
The version is 10.9.0. No error messages at all. It just either freezes or quits unexpectedly without saving any of my work.  Thanks for any ideas…?

Thanks for the additional info. Could you please tell us when the app crashes [e.g., while working on a project (what kind of project) or while startup or some other time]. Have you tried reinstalling the app to check if that makes any difference? Please ensure the iOS is up to date.
