Creative Cloud Express - Is it just the free version that is part of "all apps creative cloud"?

Question

Reviewers are all saying "Creative Cloud Express" is part of the "all apps" monthly creative cloud subscription, but is that really true? Aside from being able to launch CC Express from your creative cloud app, there really doesn't seem to be any real difference or benefit provided by the all apps monthly subscription to Creative Cloud that isn't already available via the "Free" tier of CC Express.

Inquiring minds what to know.

Hi Patricia, The premium version of CCX is included in the All Apps plan, as well as all single-app plans over $20/month. That is for sure true.
