Creative Cloud Express update Link from shared Presentation

Hi all,

 

I have one question regarding shared presentations on Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Spark). 

I created a presentation on my private account and shared it with my business account but I can only update the link to it from my private account. Is there a possibility how both accounts can update the link? If not, is there a possibility how the link can be transfered to a new presentation I created with my business account? And what happens if I deactivate my private account? Is it still possible to apply changes after the originator doesn't excist anymore?

 

In my case I have a presentation I already shared with clients and I need to keep this exact link (so I don't need to send our clients a new link) but I want to apply changes and update the link from my business account so I don't need to touch my private account at all.

Hi Adriana,

 

We will be glad to assist you with your questions. Please be informed that you can update the link in one account however, in the other account the link can be updated only after duplicating the project. Now lets come to another question. If you deactivate your private account, all your links will be deactivated and if you have transferred/shared any link to the other account, those links will also be deactivated.

    If I understand that right: I need to duplicate the shared presentation at my business account and then it still stays the same link? Ok is it a new link then?

     

    Furthermore, if I deactive the private account will the duplicate be deactivated as well?
