Custom Font in IOS App

Hello! I urgently need my own font back in the iOS app. I took out a subscription specifically so I could use it and now I can't upload the font?! It is very important for my work - I absolutely need this font. I uploaded it to the brand and it doesn't work on the iPhone? I reinstalled the app, logged in and out. nothing helps?! Please!
