Custom Font not working

Uploaded a Custom Font to Creative Cloud so it can be used in Express, however, it is showing as "view only" when trying to use on a template. Then, when trying to re-upload through the "upload" button it says the font has already been uploaded. Please help!!

Thank you for reaching out. I looked at your account and can see that you have an enterprise account as an enterprise user. You'll need your admin to upload custom fonts in Adobe Express. Please contact your admin for font uploads.
