Custom Font uploaded into Brand not showing in phone app.

Our company pays for the Gotham Font family for our brand. It has never been a problem uploading the font and using it, but now I can't get Gotham to show up in the app on my phone. I use this app so much when I am away from my computer, and I always need to get quick social posts out. I have removed the fonts from my desktop brand and added them back in, and they are working as expected on the desktop but not pulling over to the app.
