Custom Theme on created Webpages unusable

I hate to do this because I know there's a note saying it's in progress, and you've probably received a million complaints already, but custom themes not being useable in the webpage builder has outright halted our project at the last step. There's nothing we can do while that is still broken. We have done as much else as we can, with the only changes left being that in the transition to new.express, the webpage we built lost all of our font, color, and text formatting. Please prioritize this as the adobe themes do not work under our Marketing guidelines. We do appreciate everything you do, and I do apologize for any heartache that this transition has caused you all. Thank you!

I am having this issue in November 2024 - any ideas on how to fix? I think we are still running Creative Cloud 2020, if that matters.

Hi,

Any updates as to when custom themes will be up and running?

Thanks

The last substantive response I got was from 9/6 involving the Apply Brand feature. I have no idea if these additions are on track to actually be ready at these times, but here's what I was told:

"We're working on this request in 3 parts:
1) 1-click apply your brand colors to a project - expected to land in just over a month
2) 1-click apply your brand fonts to a project - the next thing we're building for brands once we get colors out to you
3) Ability to customize your webpage theme

We're not building 1-click apply quite the same way because of feedback we heard from users that it was applying colors they did not have in their brand, especially black. Our new version of apply brand colors will give you more control over the colors that get applied. When we launch, we'll reach out to this group for feedback and continue to improve this feature.
