Customise Published URL Webpage

Previously, there was an option to customise the URL webpage when published.

I could not find any feature with the option to customise the URL after publishing.

Is the URL customization for the Adobe Express webpage feature still available?

And if so, where is the feature located to apply it to the published URL?
